Role Overview

NorthStar is now hiring talented Full Time CRNA's at one of our esteemed anesthesia practices located at Inova Alexandria Hospital in beautiful Alexandria, Virginia. This is a large, busy anesthesia practice that offers an engaged clinical leadership team, a collaborative care-team work environment with a diverse case mix and a variety of shifts. Our team also offers an excellent learning environment for new graduates and an exciting new opportunity for a seasoned CRNA who's looking to make a career change. The case mix includes OB, Gen, Neuro, Endo, Plastics, GYN, Cardiac, Vascular, Dental, Podiatry and Urology. 
 
Base Salary: $229k -$263k (Salary are based on years of experience;performance bonuses are included).
Additional compensation: Extra shift pay, and beeper call pay.
Shifts include 8's, 10's, 12's 
PTO: 7 weeks
Sign-on Bonus: $90k
Night shift salary: $279k (Includes performance bonus)
Sign-on bonus: $100k
Schedule: 3 - 12's with every other Friday and Monday off.
PTO: 7 weeks
