Baptist Floyd is a large, busy practice with a great anesthesia team that works in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with competitive compensation and benefit packages along with a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team! Come join our NEW talented anesthesia team today!

 
Cases: General Ortho, Endo, Vascular, Urology, OB and CV
Salary: $206k-$225K
PTO:    8 weeks
Full NSA benefits including 401k, and more.
