Role Overview

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking CRNAs to join our talented anesthesia team at Baptist Health Floyd!

Baptist Health Floyd is a large, busy practice offering a collaborative care-team model, diverse case mix, and an experienced anesthesia team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive clinical environment while practicing across a broad range of cases.

Competitive Compensation – $246K! Plus a sign-on bonus

  • $230K Base Salary
  • $10K Quality Incentive 
  • $6K Acuity Stipend
  • 8 Weeks PTO
  • Sign-on bonus up to $90K for a 3/yr commitment 
  • Full NorthStar Anesthesia benefits package, including 401(k) and more
