NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a full-time CRNA to join their talented Anesthesia team at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pennsylvania!  
 
This is an ideal opportunity for those starting their anesthesia career or looking for a change, with a excellent training and a supportive leadership team. Join an exceptional organization that values its employees and strives to make a significant impact in the anesthesia community.
 
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-10-hour shifts or a combination thereof.
 

Cases: General Surgery, ENT, GI, Orthopedic, GYN, Podiatry, Plastics, IR, Urology

 
Highlights: 
  • Base Pay $228K (Total comp including Incentive Potential Bonus)
  • OT and extra shift pay 
  • 7 weeks PTO, plus paid holidays
  • $65k sign on bonus
  • Fully paid malpractice and tail insurance
  • CEU allowance is available
  • Care Team Model, 1;3 or 1:4 ratios, great culture for CRNA's clinically
